The short version
Reelary is a local-first desktop app. Your footage, images, the AI models and the search index all stay on your own machine. We never receive, upload, or store your media.
What this website collects
- Email address — to create your account (passwordless sign-in) and deliver your license key.
- Purchase records — order id, plan, and license activations (a machine identifier and an optional machine name you provide), so you can manage your seats.
That’s it. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Card details are handled entirely by Creem and never touch our servers. See Creem’s privacy policy for details on payment processing.
Transactional email (sign-in codes and license delivery) is sent via Resend. We only send email you ask for or that is required to complete a purchase.
The desktop app
The app contacts this server only to activate or re-validate a license key. Activation sends a license key and a machine identifier; it does not send any of your media or metadata. After activation the app verifies a signed license token offline.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and associated purchase records at any time by emailing support@reelary.app.
